Full Time Construction LLC was founded in 2015 by Kenneth Hall and Mathew Chinault.
Ken and Mat are both from multi-generational Florida families with backgrounds in
construction and engineering.
Full Time Construction has been involved in the Design/Build process for various
Projects – meeting with the Owners, Architect and Engineers in the early phases of
development due to their vast experience in construction of various types over the
years.
We are builders of distinction. We can help you design build your project, we can offer
valuable insight into cost savings and value engineering; and we can provide you with a
real budget.
Full Time Construction offers a one (1) year workmanship warranty on our construction
projects. We also assign any and all manufacturing warranties (HVAC equipment, generator
back up equipment, irrigation timers, etc.) to the Owner. At the conclusion of each project, we compile the data from your specific job and provide it to you in an organized, comprehensive close out book for your reference.
Full Time Construction works all over the State of Florida -- from Ormond Beach to
Miami Beach. We specialize in new commercial construction, industrial construction,
retrofits, and interior renovations. From car dealerships to office buildings to luxury
homes – we do it all! No project is too small or too big. We have done storage facilities
and large estate homes.
